Tom Singer is a Registered Architect with over twenty-five years of diverse experience in the design and construction of buildings, including the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange and the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Courthouse.

He has earned a Masters of Architecture Degree and a Bachelors of Environmental Design, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Singer provides solid impartial and unbiased expert testimony and litigation support services for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. He can analyze construction flaws, structural defects, water intrusion issues, slip and falls, stairs, ramps, windows, drawings, standard of care and other types of claims. She has earned a Masters of Science in Management from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the Sacred Heart Academy. She has also earned Continuing Education credit in courses such as Science of Adhesion, Cosmetic Raw Materials, Advanced Formulation of Personal Care Products, and Principles of Gas Chromatography, to name a few.

Ms. Day provides exceptional forensic investigation by utilizing her analytical, formulation and manufacturing expertise. She has proven skills in the planning, design and execution of projects with established problem solving ability, effectiveness under pressure, strong communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

Vivian B. Goldblatt, CMPC, CFRM, WWS, MGS, FSS

Vivian B. Goldblatt is a second generation Expert Witness for accident investigations and reconstructions with over a decade of experience ranging from complex traffic crashes to slips, trips and falls to financial fraud. As a youngster, she accompanied her father on inspections and discussed his reports with him to gain key insights into cases, and the overall field. One could say she was born for this kind of work.

Ms. Goldblatt earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, Construction Management Professional Certificate from the University of Maryland, Masters Certificate from Villanova University, Concrete Field Testing Technician Certification from the American Concrete Institute, and advanced Certification in Six Sigma (quality control) at Villanova University.

From there, she continued enhancing her capabilities by completing over 270 hours of coursework at the Institute of Police Technology and Management, which included the courses Advanced Traffic Crash Investigation, Traffic Homicide Investigation and Traffic Crash Reconstruction, as well as Criminal Investigation Technniques.

Since then, she earned her Certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University. This enables her to conduct comprehensive economic damages assessments which include lost wages and loss of future earning capacity. She was also awarded a Certificate in OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training for General Industry, OSHA 30 Hour Outreach Training for General Industry, and OSHA 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Training, which enables her to effectively assess violations of workplace safety, emergency response and health regulations. Furthermore, Ms. Goldblatt has earned the following Professional Certifications from the International Association of Safety Professionals: Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection Specalist, Machine Guardian Specialist, and Forklift Safety Specialist.
